Tele-Law VLE Process


  • To login to the dashboard: Put your 12 digit CSC ID in username option, Csc@123 (by default) in password option and click “Log in with Digital Seva Connect” option. 

  • To login to the dashboard: Put your 12 digit CSC ID and password

  • On clicking Sign in option below dashboard appears. On clicking the right side icon shown a dropdown appears to change the default password

  • Click on add beneficiaries tab to add a beneficiary

  • Click on consent tab and fill the details

  • Fill the required details and click on “Save and Proceed”

  • Category : General / SC / ST / OBC

  • Identity Proof : Aadhar Card / Driver Licence / Voter Id  / Pan Card / Passport

  • Click on Book Appointment Select the date & time for book appointment. Select the Date & Time for book appointment and click on “Submit” 

  • After submit the details below screen comes
(On the Scheduled date & time beneficiary reach csc centre for consultation with appointed Panel Lawyer.)

  • Click on Action icon under View Appointment

  • Click on “Go to Call Room” from the option

  • After click on Finish call Tab, a feedback form open that is mandatory for citizens.

  • Quality Of Advice : Satisfactory / Not Satisfactory / Did not understand / Find another panel Lawyer (Preference Male / Female).

  • Video Conference Connectivity : Both Audio & Video very clear / Audible but Video not working / Both not clear / Preferred Chat / Preferred Telephone.

  • Suggestions : As per beneficiaries 

  • Case Resolved Via : Video Call / Phone Call / Chat

  • After submitting the feedback case has been closed
