Process Flow- TeleMedicine Consultation on CSC Tel-Med platform @ Rs.1/-

1. Login to Digital Seva Portal (please clear all browsing history, cache, cookies before login)

2. Search and Click on “Allopathy By Apollo/ docOPD/ Optimus”

4. Click on “Existing or a new Patient”, fill the required details. Click on “i agree” check box and click “next”

5. Enter the “reason for call”, select category “Allopathy by Apollo/ Allopathy by docOPD/ Allopathy by Optimus/ Homeopathy”, and select preferred language (English / Hindi/ Bangla etc)and click on “place instant call”.

6. Rs. 1 will be deducted from VLEs wallet. Enter CSC ID and wallet PIN to proceed

7. Enter CSC ID and wallet PIN to proceed

8. Click on “Allow “to enable Microphone and camera, and then click on “start now”

9. Wait for doctor to disconnect the call, click on DOWNLOAD /Open to download or view the prescription.

Please note: VLE should not disconnect the call after consultation is completed, as this will be treated as cancelled call and the prescription will not be generated.
